Delco Horror Haven aims to scare up some fun at third annual book fair

Although March is more often associated with shamrocks than things that go bump in the night, fans of a good scare still may not want to miss an event being held next month at the Media Community Center.

Delco Horror Haven — a nonprofit organization that supports arts in the horror genre — is holding its third annual book fair on March 21 from noon to 6 p.m.

The event will feature more than 25 independent horror authors, some of whom will offer live readings of their work, as well as a kids’ corner, a food truck and more. Tickets are $5.72 per person, and Delco Horror Haven recommends they be purchased in advance.

Later this year, the same organization will host the Delco Horror Haven Film Festival in Wilmington, Delaware. That event will take place on June 14.
